We offer an easy solution for pharmacies to recapture dollars by providing labels and boxes to ship outdates to our facilities. In addition pharmacies can ship anytime and do not need prior approval. Those items not returnable are disposed of properly using an EPA approved incinerator. Processing Information of Scheduled Items PCC is licensed with the DEA allowing us to handle all control substances schedule 2 - 5. In order to meet DEA requirements we only need you to complete a certificate of transfer and destruction of control substance form. Our complete instructions are attached to this site as well as the approved forms, please note that Schedule II products require a DEA form 222 to be filled out by PCC. Schedule II products cannot be shipped until the pharmacy is in receipt of this form. Reporting PCC offers a computerized listing of all products received with lot numbers, NDC numbers, expiration dates and values of product. Other specialized reports are available. A summary sheet of all manufacturers, including the amount to be received from each manufacturer is also enclosed. Reconciliation of Credits PCC offers a program to reconcile the credits received by it's pharmacy customers. PCC has experts that will help the pharmacy check credits and exchanges of product from both wholesalers and manufacturers. This assures the pharmacy of receiving all return value for their products that are due. Box & Ship Program PCC keeps it simple for pharmacies by allowing them to ship at their discretion all pharmaceutical products without the hassle of separating or sorting by manufacturers. In addition, PCC can provide labels and boxes to ship outdate product to our facility. On-site Shipping Program PCC offers an on-site shipping program for those pharmacies to busy to box and ship themselves. For a small fee the pharmacy can utilize PCC's on site representative to box and pack all non-controlled substances, as well as Inventory and ship schedule drugs II-V.
